Job summary

Stride, Inc., a Stride K12 partner school, seeks a School Data Coordinator/Instructional Coach to analyze assessment data and support data-driven instruction for K-12 students. This remote role requires occasional in-person events as needed in VA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field is required.
• Two years of data analyst experience or an equivalent combination.
• Live in VA or on the border and able to travel 15%.
• Experience analyzing local, state, and national assessment data.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and written skills.
• Ability to learn new software and processes as they become available.

Responsibilities

• Analyze local, state, and national assessment data related to student performance.
• Develop and maintain historical student/school data files.
• Interpret and review assessment data with administrators and teachers.
• Compile data from multiple assessments to create achievement profiles.
• Train faculty on using data to improve instruction.
• Ensure data validity for staff and stakeholders.
• Attend training sessions to apply data for school improvement.
