Eltropy is seeking a proactive Tier 2 Customer Success Manager in the South Central U.S. region to manage a portfolio of 50 mid-size customers.

You will help Community Financial Institutions leverage our AI-driven SaaS platform to deliver best-in-class experiences for their consumers, driving retention and growth. The role emphasizes onboarding, adoption, and proactive customer advocacy, with quarterly travel as needed.

Competenze

• 5+ years of customer facing experience in SaaS and FinTech.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of 50 customers and drive outcomes.
• Strong empathy, collaboration and communication skills.

• Manage a portfolio of 50 customers, maintain trust and long-term relationships.
• Conduct regular check-ins and strategic business reviews (SBRs).
• Develop tailored success plans and mitigate churn risks through data insights.

• Advocate for customers and relay feedback to product and cross-functional teams.
