Eltropy Inc. seeks a proactive Tier 2 Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of 50 mid-size community financial institution customers across the South Central U.S.

This remote role focuses on retention, expansion, and ensuring customers derive maximum value from our AI-driven communications platform. You will develop tailored success plans, monitor health metrics, conduct regular business reviews, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to drive adoption and customer

Formación

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience (account management, customer success) in SaaS/FinTech.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze data to identify risks and opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of 50 customers, building trust and long-term relationships.
• Conduct regular check-ins and strategic business reviews (SBRs) to ensure customers achieve outcomes.
• Develop and execute tailored success plans to help customers reach goals.
• Identify churn risks through data analysis, usage tracking, and proactive interventions.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify upsell opportunities and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Program-manage onboarding and drive product adoption with training and resources.
• Advocate for customers and relay feedback to product and cross-functional teams.
• Track and report on customer health and retention metrics in the CRM/CS platform.
