Job summary

Eltropy Inc. is seeking a proactive Tier 2 Customer Success Manager (CSM) to manage a portfolio of 50 mid-size customers in the South Central US region.

You will help community financial institutions maximize value from our AI communications platform, driving retention and growth through strategic plans and proactive risk mitigation. You will work closely with Sales and Product to ensure onboarding success, product adoption, and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in SaaS/FinTech.
• Strong customer relationship and strategic thinking.
• Data-driven with ability to analyze usage and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of customers (approximately 50).
• Conduct regular check-ins and strategic business reviews to ensure outcomes.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales to close them.
• Program-manage onboarding and drive product adoption with training and resources.
• Track customer health and retention metrics and advocate internally for customers.
