Eltropy Inc. is seeking a proactive Tier 2 Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of 50 mid-size customers within the South Central US region.

The role focuses on retention, growth, and ensuring customers derive maximum value from our AI communications platform. You will lead onboarding and product adoption, collaborate with Sales on expansions, and relay customer feedback to Product and cross-functional teams.

Competenze

• 5+ years of customer facing experience in SaaS/FinTech.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
• Data-driven and able to quickly learn new software and tools.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of 50 customers and build long-term relationships.
• Develop and execute tailored success plans and mitigate churn risks.
