Job summary

Eltropy Inc. is seeking a proactive Tier 2 Customer Success Manager (CSM) to manage a portfolio of 50 mid-size customers in the Central U.S. region.

You will help credit unions and community banks leverage our AI-powered SaaS platform to maximize value, while driving retention and expansion opportunities. You’ll collaborate across sales, product, and support teams, conduct strategic reviews, onboard new customers, and drive product adoption with training and best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience (account management or customer success) in SaaS/FinTech.
• Proactive, empathetic, data-driven and tech-curious with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of customers and drive retention, growth and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of 50 customers, building trust and long-term relationships.
• Conduct regular check-ins and strategic reviews to ensure customers achieve outcomes.
• Develop tailored success plans and mitigate churn risks through data analysis.
