Job summary

Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice serving women and children nationwide. We seek a Senior Customer Success Manager to cultivate indispensable partnerships with employers and health plans, driving growth and expanding our reach to families.

Reporting to the Customer Success Director, this remote role is open to candidates across the continental US and involves guiding implementations, delivering value, and collaborating across teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consulting, customer success, or project management.
• Strong project management and problem solving with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Proven experience leading multiple projects across external stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment with a track record of retention and expansion.
• Willingness to use data and research to learn new content areas.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact and trusted advisor for Pomelo’s customers.
• Proactively engage customers to ensure seamless implementations and ongoing experience.
• Advocate for strategic customer needs and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Develop and deliver regular business reviews to show impact and drive retention.
• Identify and mitigate risks, escalating issues to stakeholders for prompt resolution.
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Operations on strategic customer opportunities.
• Identify trends and gaps across your customers and drive cross-functional solutions.
