Job summary

Pomelo Care, a leading virtual medical practice for women and children, seeks a Senior Manager of Internal Communications. Your work will ensure clear delivery of strategy, updates, and operational changes to frontline teams while supporting company-wide communications to keep the organization aligned.

You will partner with the VP of People, clinical leaders, and external PR to embed comms into rollout plans, manage calendars, and develop scalable messaging that reflects our patient-first

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in internal communications, strategic operations, or executive communications, ideally in healthcare or clinical environments.
• Clear and direct communicator, plain language-focused.

Responsibilities

• Own content strategy, agenda, and speaker prep for all-company forums (All Hands, OKR updates, offsites).
• Partner with executive leadership and external PR to align internal/external messaging.
• Establish a framework for communication plans based on scale and sensitivity of change.
• Act as the communications air traffic controller across the organization.
