Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice for women and children, offering 24/7 clinical care and technology-driven services across the United States. The role focuses on owning and accelerating the health plan partnership pipeline to expand services to patients nationwide.

You will source high-potential health plan opportunities, develop pricing models with legal/compliance, and collaborate with Partnerships and Marketing to align on opportunities, events, and market messaging.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a client-facing or analytical role; management consulting background preferred.
• 3+ years of healthcare experience, specifically with health plans.

Responsibilities

• Drive deal strategy with data-driven insights on pipeline effectiveness and state health plan priorities.
• Source, track, and nurture a robust pipeline of health plan opportunities, focusing on large national payers.
• Architect and develop high-stakes presentation materials for strategic partnership opportunities.
