Pomelo Care, the leading virtual medical practice for women and children, seeks a Growth Partnerships specialist to accelerate health plan partnerships. You will source opportunities, prep meetings, and synthesize outcomes to move deals forward.

Open to candidates across the continental US, reporting to the VP of Growth, with collaboration across Partnerships and Marketing to showcase Pomelo’s value to payers.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in a client-facing or analytical role; management consulting background preferred.
• 2+ years healthcare experience or ability to ramp on payer dynamics and value-based care.
• Structured thinker with organizational skills and ability to turn ambiguity into next steps.
• Action-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for slides and synthesis.

Responsibilities

• Source and track health plan opportunities; maintain CRM data hygiene for reporting and forecasting.
• Prepare for customer meetings; research stakeholder context, tailor pitches, create leadership briefing materials.
• Synthesize key takeaways from partner meetings and manage follow-up actions to advance deals.
• Conduct market research on prospective partners and health plan priorities; provide actionable intelligence.
• Collaborate with Partnerships and Marketing to develop pitches, conference materials, and case studies.
