You will guide enterprise accounts, run executive reviews, and craft top-tier deck deliverables. This role emphasizes 4+ years in enterprise CS, outstanding PowerPoint skills, and precise written communication.

The position is fully remote with flexible 5-20 hours per week, starting ASAP, and compensation at $70/hour.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in enterprise customer success at a top company.
• Track record of building and delivering executive business reviews.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise CS engagements and drive executive reviews.
• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Deliver QBRs, renewal business cases, adoption/value exhibits, sponsor updates and success plan presentations.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure strategic value and alignment with goals.
