Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization and experimentation.
• Experience with CRO platforms (Adobe Target, Optimizely, VWO) and governance.
• Experience designing personalized digital experiences using segmentation and targeting.
• Portfolio or case studies with measurable improvements.
• Experience in higher education or edtech preferred.
• Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRO strategy, roadmap, and testing calendar.
• Lead end-to-end experimentation lifecycle from hypothesis to rollout.
• Analyze journeys and optimize conversion across web experiences.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Enrollment, and Digital Analytics.
• Establish KPIs, reporting cadence, and governance for CRO.
