Job summary

ElevenLabs is hiring a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to own the experimentation program, turning paid traffic into signups, activations, and revenue. You will shape strategy and execution across on-site funnels, from marketing site to onboarding, driving compounding gains through a disciplined testing program.

Qualifications

• Experience owning a CRO/experimentation program with measurable gains.
• Hands-on with A/B testing and CRO tooling.
• Strong analytics, understanding of significance and sample sizes.

Responsibilities

• Own CRO strategy and experimentation roadmap across funnels.
• Form hypotheses from analytics and data; prioritize tests by impact.
• Design, QA, and launch A/B and multivariate tests; ensure significance.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and copy to ship variants.
• Analyze results and document learnings to drive durable improvements.
• Instrument funnel analytics to measure end-to-end impact.
• Align on-site conversion with paid and lifecycle traffic.
