Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience reading and interpreting commercial real estate loan documents.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret complex loan documents and analyze borrower financial statements.
• Communicate covenant results to borrowers and coordinate actions.

• Support onboarding of new loans and transitions, and assist in periodic reporting.
