Job summary

PNC is seeking a Loan Support Analyst Senior in the Covenant Administration group to monitor and test loan covenants for a portfolio of commercial real estate financing. Based in the Midland footprint, you will read complex loan documents and analyze financial statements to safeguard cashflow and collateral.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent required.
• Experience with commercial real estate loan servicing and covenant testing is preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Applies specialty product knowledge to servicing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans with elevated borrower relationships and/or complexity to include increased communication and autonomy.
• Supports day-to-day servicing of CRE loans, ensuring compliance with loan documents, accurate processing of transactions and timely reporting to stakeholders.
• Performs covenant compliance testing and maintains loan servicing records; supports onboarding of new loans and transitions of paid-off or transferred loans.
