Job summary

PNC is seeking a Loan Support Analyst Senior to join the Covenant Administration team. You will monitor and test covenants, read complex commercial real estate loan documents, analyze financial statements, and communicate results with borrowers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and knowledge in commercial real estate loan servicing.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience reading and interpreting loan documents and performing covenant testing.

Responsibilities

• Applies specialty product knowledge to servicing CRE loans with elevated borrower relationships and complexity.
• Supports day-to-day servicing ensuring loan documents are followed and reports are accurate.
• Performs covenant testing, reviews reports, and maintains servicing records.
