Job summary

PNC is seeking a Senior Loan Support Analyst in the Covenant Administration group. Based in the Midland footprint, you will monitor covenants, interpret commercial real estate loan documents, and analyze financial statements while communicating results to borrowers and stakeholders.

The role covers servicing CRE loans (CMBS, balance sheet, agency), covenant testing, and maintaining accurate records. Remote work may be available in select locations with in-office needs as required.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• Experience with commercial real estate loans preferred.
• Strong communication skills and time management.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of CRE loans, ensuring compliance with loan documents and accurate processing of transactions.
• Performs covenant testing and monitoring to safeguard lenders' cashflow and collateral.
• Maintains accurate loan servicing records in the servicing system.
• Communicates results and required actions with borrowers and internal stakeholders.
• May assist with onboarding of new loans and tax/insurance administration.
