Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience focused on financial reporting.
• Experience with nonprofit federal grant processing and reporting required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial reporting accuracy for assigned clients.
• Assist with complex general ledgers and trend analysis.
• Review and approve account classifications.
• Ensure accurate balance sheets and timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate project tasks and client workflows.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages with KPIs.
• Close month-end processes.
• Update client procedure manuals and schedules.
• Collaborate across teams to meet client needs.
• Assist in staff workload estimation and best-practice development.
