Wipfli’s client accounting advisory practice is seeking a Manager with strong nonprofit accounting and controller-level advisory experience to join our purpose‑driven team. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• Recent and in-depth experience with federal grant reporting and Uniform Guidance compliance.
• 4–6 years in nonprofit/public accounting (audit or outsourced accounting).
• 3+ years of people/teams management.
• CPA or CMA preferred.
• Strong financial reporting and analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Review financial reporting packages and work papers for quality and timely delivery.
• Prepare benchmarking data and KPIs to support client insights.
• Present reporting packages and findings to clients as directed.
• Assist in budgets, forecasts, and cash flow models.
• Provide technical accounting support to clients and their teams.
• Lead and coordinate US and offshore engagement team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
