Job summary

SAIC, a leading defense and technology company, seeks a Senior Contracts Analyst. This role can be remote anywhere in the United States, offering the chance to manage complex contracts and engage with stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities include reviewing documents, advising on rights and obligations, representing as prime contractor, and supporting proposal development and regulatory reporting. Strong communication and independent work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years experience, or a Master's with 4+ years.
• Minimum of 6 years of related experience in contracts administration.
• Cost proposal experience including review of risks/mitigations, approvals, cost narratives.
• Thorough understanding of FAR, DFARS, TINA and CAS in contract administration.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Effective communication skills and ability to think critically.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate risk.

Responsibilities

• Review contractual documents to ensure adherence to company policy, government specifications and master agreements.
• Advise management on contractual rights and obligations and provide interpretation of terms and conditions.
• Represent SAIC as a prime contract on contracts or projects.
• Interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters requiring coordination.
• Develop solutions to complex problems requiring ingenuity and innovation.
• Ensure solutions are consistent with organizational objectives.
• Support commercial work including FFP, defined delivery efforts, CR, T&M and multiple Task Order contracts.
• Prepare, negotiate and administer contracts; develop teaming agreements and data for regulatory reporting; manage OCI plans.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
