Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience or Master's with 4+ years.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration and FAR.
• Experience supporting OTA and non-traditional acquisitions.
• Proven ability to develop compliant, well-organized proposals under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customer contacts and senior contracts staff.
• Prepare and submit proposals across varied contract types and vehicles.
• Track deliverable schedules and drive internal teams to meet deadlines.
• Review documents for compliance with policy and master agreements.
• Support OCI plan administration and NDA tracking.
