Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Senior Contracts Analyst to support contracts and proposals within the Air Force, Space and Intelligence Business Group. The role offers remote work across the United States for the right candidate, with ownership of contract deliverables and compliance requirements.

You will build relationships with Contracting Officers and prime contractors, manage schedules, and review documents for compliance with FAR and internal policies, while educating teams on contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field and 6 years of relevant experience.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Strong working knowledge of contract administration principles and standards.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customer contacts and senior contracts support when needed.
• Prepare clear, well-organized contract documents and internal communications.
• Support proposals of moderate complexity and ensure timely submissions.
• Track contract deliverables and coordinate internal reviews and approvals.
• Understand contract types (CR, T&M, FFP, IDIQ) and assist administration.
• Review documents for compliance with policy, government specs, and master agreements.
• Educate teams on contract requirements and deadlines.
