Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Senior Contracts Analyst to review and manage contract documents, ensuring compliance with policy, government specifications, and master agreements. The role may be remote anywhere in the US, requiring strong negotiation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

You will advise management on rights and obligations, interact with senior stakeholders, and support proposals including FFP, T&M, and cost-reimbursable contracts.

Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years experience or Master's with 4+ years.
• Minimum of 6 years related experience in contracts administration.
• Cost proposal experience including review of risks/mitigations and cost narratives.
• Thorough understanding of FAR, DFARS, TINA and CAS.

Responsibilities

• Review contractual documents for policy, government specs, and master agreements.
• Advise management on contract rights and obligations; interpret terms and conditions.
• Represent organization as prime contract on contracts or projects.
• Interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters.
• Develop solutions to complex problems with ingenuity and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Support commercial work and complex efforts including FFP, defined delivery efforts.
• Prepare proposals; negotiate and administer CR, T&M, FFP contracts; develop teaming agreements and OCI plans.
