Job summary

Qualifications

• US Citizen required.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field with 3+ years of experience, or Master's with 1+ year of experience.
• 3–5 years of contracts administration experience.
• FAR/DFARS knowledge preferred; exposure to TINA and CAS beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Reviews contractual documents for accuracy and compliance with company policies and government requirements.
• Supports interpretation of contract terms and provides guidance to internal stakeholders.
• Assists in representing the organization on contract matters for moderately complex contracts or smaller projects.
• Coordinates with internal teams and external customers on routine contract issues.
• Contributes to identifying and implementing solutions to standard contract problems.
• Supports contract actions to align with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.
• Assists with drafting teaming agreements, NDAs, and other contract instruments.
• Assists in collecting data for regulatory or internal reporting requirements.
• Supports OCI documentation under direction.
