Job summary
SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to lead commercial contract strategy, negotiation, and risk management for our Services and Solutions businesses. The role serves as a senior advisor to executive leadership and collaborates with Legal, Finance, operations, compliance, and business development.
The position oversees complex customer, subcontractor, supplier, and strategic partnership agreements, develops commercial standards, and drives governance and best practices to support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Construction Management, Law, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Professional certifications such as CPCM, CCM, PMP, or equivalent are preferred.
- 10+ years of progressively responsible contract management, commercial management, or related experience.
- Experience negotiating high-value customer service agreements, subcontract agreements, master service agreements, and strategic commercial contracts.
Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial strategy, negotiation, and administration of complex contracts.
- Mentor and lead contract management personnel and align with Legal and Executive leadership.
- Identify, assess and mitigate commercial, operational, financial, compliance and regulatory risks.
- Establish contract governance, templates, and lifecycle management processes.
- Support bid processes and strategic pursuits with commercial risk assessments.
