Job summary

LHH is seeking a Remote Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for a diverse set of business functions on a contract basis. The role emphasizes proactive pipeline development, independent search progression, and strong partnerships with hiring managers to drive high-quality talent.

The successful candidate will source actively and passively, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain accurate ATS records while leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across multiple business functions.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter or comparable tools.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruiting lifecycle from intake to offer for exempt and non-exempt roles.
• Recruit across sales, marketing, product, accounting, finance, and customer-facing roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and strategies.
• Source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Build talent pipelines from scratch and maintain ATS records.
• Coordinate interviews and communications, ensuring a strong candidate experience.
• Leverage AI tools to improve sourcing, research, and workflow efficiency.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes and outcomes.
