Kelly Services, Inc. is seeking a Sr Contingent Workforce Staffing Consultant in the United States. This role provides expert guidance to hiring managers for procuring temporary/contract staff, leveraging procurement tools and Fieldglass to optimize talent acquisition.

The ideal candidate will manage a small remote team, drive sourcing strategies, and ensure alignment with market rates and client needs. Strong communication and multitasking abilities are essential in a fast-paced consulting

Competenze

Recruitment background or equivalent.
Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail and communication.
Fieldglass experience: Admin Configuration, templates, catalogs.
Proven ability to build strategic relationships with clients and suppliers.

Mansioni

Program and operational support; manage a team and develop future account management potential.
Lead a small team of 2 TSCCs working remotely; train and manage workload and compliance.
Consult with hiring managers to assess needs and sourcing strategies; facilitate requisitions.
Provide data and documentation to Talent Supply Chain via calls and reports.
Monitor requisition progress; follow up and ensure timely delivery.
Use candidate assessments to shortlist best matches for roles.
Support timecard, expense management, invoicing, and corrections.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate logistics.
Negotiate bill rates aligned with current market rates.
Maintain KPI and SLA adherence; drive continuous improvement.
Identify and resolve service delivery issues with suppliers.
