Job summary

Norstella is seeking an (Sr.) Advisory Lead in Content Enablement to guide AI solution development and evaluation. You will build frameworks, scoring standards, and credibility across cross-functional teams, ensuring outputs are defensible and reproducible in life sciences client settings.

You will work across content authoring, product, commercial, data science, and services to validate architectures, evaluate feasibility, and translate results into compelling use cases for market adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in life sciences, medical sciences, computer science, statistics, or related field.
• 3+ years in solutions, strategy, consulting, data science, or product commercialization within pharma, life sciences, or health data.
• Experience across full solution lifecycle from identifying client need to post-delivery adoption.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical commercial landscape, including drug development, market access, or regulatory pathways.
• Strong track record of aligning stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Define operational readiness and quality criteria for new data products, validating outputs meet regulated life sciences standards.
• Gain deep knowledge of Norstella’s data assets, pipelines, and product architecture to evaluate outputs credibly.
• Support design of complex solutions spanning data integration, analytics, and AI capabilities with data science & engineering teams.
• Design and run assessments to demonstrate model accuracy, reliability, and fitness-for-purpose across data products and AI solutions.
• Translate evaluation outcomes into proof points, reference materials, and use-case documentation for GTM and clients.
• Qualify client opportunities end-to-end, framing solutions and articulating value to technical and commercial audiences.
• Develop repeatable playbooks and templates to scale impact as the product portfolio grows.
• Act as accountability for quality from evaluation through delivery.
