Job summary

Norstella is seeking a Sr. Advisory Lead, Content Enablement to define evaluation frameworks for AI-enabled life sciences solutions. You will validate outputs with credibility and work across content, product, data science, and services to ensure defensible results.

The role sits in Content Operations, blending domain depth with hands-on evaluation automation and backend development skills, across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, medical sciences, CS, statistics, or related field.
• 3+ years in solutions, strategy, consulting, data science, or product commercialization roles, ideally within pharma or health data.
• Experience across the full solution lifecycle from identifying client need to post-delivery adoption.

Responsibilities

• Define operational readiness and quality criteria for new data products for regulated life sciences clients.
• Develop knowledge of Norstella’s data assets, pipelines, and product architecture; apply backend fluency to evaluation.
• Design complex solutions spanning data integration, analytics workflows, and AI-powered capabilities with cross-functional teams.
