Job summary

Norstella is seeking an Advisory Lead to guide AI solution development, evaluation frameworks, and credible scoring standards for life sciences clients. You will work across content authoring, product, data science, and services to ensure published evaluations are defensible and reproducible.

Based in a remote US setting, you will collaborate with teams across time zones, shaping end-to-end assessment methodologies and GTM support as the product portfolio grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, medical sciences, CS, statistics, or related field.
• 3+ years in solutions, strategy, consulting, data science, or product commercialization.
• Experience across full solution lifecycle from need to adoption.
• Familiarity with pharma commercial landscape and drug development.
• Strong track record aligning stakeholders across functions.
• Flexibility to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid/virtual setting across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Define operational readiness and quality criteria for new data products.
• Develop knowledge of Norstella data assets and product architecture.
• Design technically complex data integration and analytics solutions with teams.
• Design and run assessments demonstrating model accuracy and fitness-for-purpose.
• Collaborate with product and commercial teams to support GTM and documentation.
• Qualify client opportunities end-to-end, framing solutions and value propositions.
• Develop repeatable playbooks and templates to scale impact.
• Ensure accountability for quality through delivery.
