Job summary

Norstella, a premier life sciences data and AI solutions provider, seeks a Sr. Advisory Lead for Content Enablement to shape AI solution evaluation and develop robust frameworks.

You will work across content, product, data science, and services to set standards for credible, defensible evaluations and align outputs with market needs. You will bridge technical and commercial discussions, contribute to architecture validation, and help scale evaluation playbooks as Norstella expands its AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in life sciences, medical sciences, CS, statistics, or related field.
• 3+ years in solutions, strategy, data science, or product commercialization, ideally in pharma or health data.
• Experience across full solution lifecycle from client need through post-delivery adoption.
• Familiarity with pharma commercial landscape and regulatory pathways.
• Ability to align stakeholders across functions and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to collaborate in hybrid/virtual environment across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Define operational readiness and quality criteria for data products and outputs.
• Develop knowledge of Norstella’s data assets, pipelines, and product architecture.
• Design complex data-integration, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions with teams.
• Design and run end-to-end evaluation methodologies demonstrating model accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with product/commercial teams to translate evals into proof points and use-case docs.
• Assess client opportunities end-to-end and articulate clear value propositions.
• Create repeatable playbooks to scale impact as product portfolio grows.
• Ensure delivery aligns with evaluated commitments and quality standards.
