Job summary

Norstella is seeking an Advisory Lead to shape AI solution development, building evaluation frameworks and scoring standards to ensure accuracy, reliability, and fitness-for-purpose for life sciences clients.

In this role, you’ll work across content, product, data science, and services, delivering credible, defensible assessments while collaborating with data engineering and commercial teams to support go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, medical sciences, computer science, statistics, or related field.
• 3+ years in solutions, strategy, data science, or product commercialization within pharma/health data.
• Experience across full solution lifecycle from client need to post-delivery in cross-functional settings.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical commercial landscape and related dynamics.
• Strong track record aligning stakeholders across functions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid/remote environment across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Define operational readiness and quality criteria for new data products with stakeholders.
• Develop knowledge of Norstella’s data assets, pipelines, and product architecture.
• Validate complex data solutions spanning data integration, analytics, and AI capabilities.
• Design and run evaluations to prove model accuracy and fitness-for-purpose.
• Translate evaluation outcomes into proof points and use-case documentation for GTM.
• Qualify client opportunities from fit to value proposition for technical and commercial audiences.
• Create repeatable playbooks and templates to scale impact.
• Ensure delivery lands as evaluated and committed.
