Job summary

Norstella is seeking an Advisory Lead to shape AI solution evaluation and governance across data products and services. You will work with content, product, data science and engineering teams to design frameworks, scoring standards and credible assessments that clients trust.

This role blends domain depth with hands-on evaluation automation in a hybrid US-based setting. Candidates should demonstrate experience in end-to-end solution lifecycle, stakeholder alignment, and ability to translate eval

Qualifications

• Minimum Undergraduate degree in life sciences, medical sciences, computer science, statistics or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in solutions, strategy, consulting, data science, or product commercialization.
• Experience across the full solution lifecycle from identifying client need to post-delivery adoption.
• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical commercial landscape, including drug development and launch dynamics.
• Strong track record of aligning stakeholders across functions.
• Flexible and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid/virtual environment across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Define operational readiness and quality criteria for new and evolving data products.
• Develop knowledge of Norstella’s data assets, pipelines, and product architecture.
• Design technically complex solutions spanning data integration and AI capabilities, validating feasibility before commitments.
• Design and run assessments demonstrating model accuracy and reliability across data products.
• Translate evaluation outcomes into proof points, reference materials, and use-case documentation for GTM.
• Qualify client opportunities end-to-end and articulate a clear value proposition.
