Qualifications

• Master's in epidemiology or biostatistics (health sciences acceptable).
• 7+ years of experience implementing evidence synthesis in pharma consulting.
• PhD in epidemiology or biostatistics preferred; other health sciences ok.
• Experience leading ITC projects and meta-analysis.
• Strong knowledge of SLR guidelines and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead evidence synthesis projects to support HTA and regulatory submissions.
• Lead project teams to ensure rigorous, timely deliverables.
• Synthesize data qualitatively and quantitatively, guiding juniors.
• Manage project operations, timelines, and budgets.
• Develop proposals and manage contracting processes with leads.
• Support senior staff on strategic initiatives as needed.
• Collaborate across time zones as part of a global team.
