Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of middle-market E&S underwriting experience.
• Pursuit of professional underwriting designations (RPLU, CPCU, AU, CIC) encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate applications to assess risk, coverage, and pricing.
• Maintain and organize bound files and underwriting worksheets.
• Liaise with brokers to provide information and support underwriting decisions.
• Adhere to underwriting authority, guidelines, and company policies.
• Develop and manage a profitable book of business within an assigned territory.
