Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams on construction and renovation projects across Utah. The role is remote with 40% travel, mileage reimbursement or car rental for extended travel, and requires strong financial oversight and client coordination.

You will manage multiple projects from initiation to close, coordinating architects, engineers, contractors and stakeholders while driving process improvements and ensuring on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• 10-15 years of project management experience covering all aspects of design and construction.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, project scheduling software, and web-based applications.
• Familiarity with drawings, FF&E specifications, design and space planning concepts, and construction costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to manage multiple construction/renovation projects.
• Oversee projects from initiation through completion with designers, contractors and stakeholders.
• Track project financials and maintain milestone schedules.
• Provide regular status updates and drive process improvements.
• Prepare project documentation and ensure timely closeout.
