Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Utah seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead small- to mid-scale capital and tenant-improvement projects across our client portfolio, from initiation to closeout. Expect on-site work in Ogden/Logan with up to 40% travel in the region.

You will develop charters, schedules and work breakdowns, procure contractors, monitor budgets, and communicate with clients to ensure scope, schedule, quality and safety are met, delivering formal closeout packages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in project management, construction management, or owner's representation, independently managing projects from initiation to closeout.
• Proven track record of managing small to medium-scale projects ($250K–$1M) with scope, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to medium-scale projects ($250K-$1M) independently from initiation through closeout.
• Develop charters, schedules, and work breakdown structures; manage critical path and site progress.
• Procure and manage general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors through bidding; negotiate contracts within authority.
