Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Construction Project Manager to independently manage small to medium-scale capital and tenant improvement projects in the Logan Ogden, UT region. The role requires onsite work with up to 40% regional travel and strong leadership, organizational, and financial management skills.

You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction, while collaborating with senior PMs on larger initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to medium-scale projects ($250K–$1M) from initiation through closeout.
• Develop charters, schedules, and WBS; manage critical path and site visits.
• Procure and manage general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors; negotiate contracts.
• Chair project meetings; manage change orders and stakeholder communication.
• Develop and manage project budgets with real-time cost monitoring; prepare financial reports.
