Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Provo, UT seeks an on-site Construction Project Manager to independently lead small to medium projects ($250K–$1M). You will develop charters, schedules, and budgets, procure contractors, and maintain client relationships, with up to 40% regional travel.

The role offers visibility and opportunities to work with senior PMs on larger initiatives. You will oversee scope, schedule, and quality while delivering closeout documentation and warranties, building a track

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive project management experience.
• Experience managing projects from initiation through closeout.
• Strong budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; confident with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MS Office and scheduling tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Procore).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to medium-scale projects independently from initiation through closeout.
• Develop charters, schedules, work breakdown structures and manage critical path.
• Procure and manage general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Chair project meetings, manage change orders, and maintain client communication.
• Develop and manage project budgets; monitor costs and prepare financial reports.
• Maintain organized project files and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with senior PMs on larger initiatives.
