Responsibilities

• Direct planning and management of all project types from remodeling to new builds.
• Lead design teams, general contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Maintain construction plans and current status records.
• Monitor performance against schedules and contract documents.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation with stakeholders.
• Select designers, contractors, and other vendors.
