Job summary

Siemens Mobility is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager for our US-based team. This remote role, open to candidates in the Eastern or Central Time Zones, requires ownership from concept to close-out with on-site presence as needed.

You will coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding safety and quality standards. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of PM experience in complex projects, cross-functional leadership, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of PM experience.
• 10+ years delivering complex projects with full financial, contractual, and operational ownership.
• 10+ years leading cross-functional and multinational teams.
• Ability and willingness to travel within the Americas (30–50%).
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead office and light industrial construction and fit-out projects from concept through close-out.
• Maintain an active site presence, identifying risks early and ensuring high-quality execution.
• Develop comprehensive project briefs, translating customer requirements into clear planning and execution strategies.
• Own project budgets, including contingency planning and change order management.
• Drive performance across schedule, cost, quality, and safety metrics with stakeholders.
