The role requires 10+ years in healthcare compliance, a Bachelor's degree (Masters/JD preferred), and ~20% travel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of healthcare compliance experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech or life sciences setting.
• Knowledge of the Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, FDA rules on promotion, HIPAA, Open Payments, and PhRMA Code on Interactions with Healthcare Professionals.
• Ability to influence across functions and partner with Legal, HR, Internal Audit.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise Global and US business colleagues on initiatives while addressing legal and compliance risks.
• Provide day-to-day strategic and tactical compliance guidance to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain compliance tools and resources to enable ethical decision making.
• Build strong relationships with business function management and participate in leadership meetings to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with Legal, HR, Internal Audit and other functions to identify observations and update monitoring and policies.
• Support training, policy updates, and SOPs; stay updated on US laws and regulations.
