Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years healthcare compliance experience.
• Deep knowledge of AKS and False Claims Act and FDA rules.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication.
• Ability to provide actionable compliance guidance.
• Remote US-based with ~20% travel.

Responsibilities

• Advise Global and US business colleagues on initiatives balancing strategy with compliance risk.
• Provide day-to-day strategic and tactical compliance guidance to leadership and teams.
• Develop compliance tools and resources to enable ethical decision making.
• Build relationships with management and participate in leadership meetings.
• Collaborate with Legal, HR, Internal Audit and other functions in the US and abroad.
• Identify trends and update monitoring, policy, SOPs, and trainings.
• Coach through compliance discussions with business function managers/leaders.
• Maintain knowledge of US laws; educate colleagues with tailored communications.
• Support continual improvement of the Global Compliance Program.
• Assess training needs and deliver ad-hoc training as needed.
• Review policies/SOPs for SME input; stay updated on Jazz products and guidelines.
• May support other compliance activities as needed.
