Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Director, Compliance Business Partner to provide strategic and tactical compliance guidance to Global and US business teams.

The role partners with Legal, HR, Internal Audit and other functions to identify risks, develop tools, and educate leadership on regulatory requirements. The position emphasizes proactive risk assessment, training development, SOP updates, and ongoing program improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of healthcare compliance experience in pharma or life sciences.
• Knowledge of Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, FDA rules, HIPAA, Open Payments.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to influence cross-functionally.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Advise Global and US business colleagues on initiatives; address compliance risks.
• Provide day-to-day strategic and tactical compliance guidance to leadership.
• Identify and develop compliance tools and resources for ethical decision making.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Legal, HR, Internal Audit and other functions.
• Support continuous improvement of the Global Compliance Program including risk assessments.
• Assess training needs and deliver ad-hoc training as needed.
• Review and provide input on policies and SOPs as a SME.
• Stay updated on laws and educate business colleagues across the org.
• Travel ~20% for regular business function meetings and activities.
