• Serves as strategic business partner to R&D and Tech Ops across geographies, providing updates on risk and mitigation.
• Develops global compliance and ethics policies and training materials.
• Conducts regular compliance training and augments monitoring and auditing programs.
• Advises on CRO and partner oversight to ensure compliance with regulations.
