Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a senior healthcare compliance leader for a remote US-based role with ~20% travel. You will advise on strategic and practical compliance matters, partnering with Legal, HR, and Internal Audit to identify risks and drive ethical decision making across functions.

The role requires 10+ years in healthcare compliance, deep knowledge of AKS/False Claims Act, FDA promotion rules, and strong communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of healthcare compliance experience in a pharmaceutical/biotechnology company or life sciences industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, FDA rules on promotion, HIPAA, Open Payments, and PhRMA Code.
• Ability to influence without authority and work collaboratively across functions.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise Global and US business colleagues on initiatives addressing legal and compliance risks and protecting the company's integrity.
• Provide day-to-day strategic and tactical compliance guidance to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Identify and develop compliance tools and resources to enable ethical decision making.
• Maintain strong relationships with Legal, HR, Internal Audit, and other functions and participate in leadership meetings.
• Collaborate with Compliance to identify observations and trends for monitoring, policy updates, and training.
