Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of healthcare compliance experience in life sciences.
• Strong understanding of the Anti-Kickback Statute and FCA, FDA rules, HIPAA, and PhRMA Code.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Advise on compliance risks to global and US business colleagues to protect integrity.
• Provide day-to-day strategic compliance guidance to leadership and teams.
• Develop compliance tools and resources for ethical decision making.
• Build relationships with Legal, HR, Internal Audit and other functions (US & Intl).
• Identify trends to update monitoring, policies, and training programs.
• Coach business managers with tailored compliance communications.
• Stay updated on laws, regulations, and enforcement actions affecting products.
