Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Personal Lines client service experience.
• Experience with an insurance brokerage or independent agency.
• Familiar with Travelers, Safeco, Progressive, AutoOwners carriers.
• EPIC or similar agency management system proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with carrier and client contacts; take active role in meetings.
• Prepare and send requests for proposals and summarize results.
• Lead review of proposals and carrier source documents with the Account Executive.
• Maintain client files and policy records in the agency management system.
• Handle initial billing questions from clients and insurers.
