Ladders is seeking a Senior Professional Services Consultant to lead end-to-end client implementations of compensation planning solutions. You will partner with customers and internal teams to design effective configurations, manage timelines, and ensure a smooth go-live and handoff.

Responsibilities include leading full-cycle implementations, scoping new services, and Proactively mitigating risk while maintaining strong client relationships.

• Scope new services and support post-implementation negotiations.
• Ensure a smooth handoff to Customer Success at project completion.
• Proactively identify and elevate project risks.
