Job summary

Confidential is seeking a client-facing professional services leader to own end-to-end sales compensation technology implementations from requirements through go-live.

You will manage multiple engagements, coordinate data modeling, configuration, and testing, and serve as the primary client contact, guiding timelines and expectations. A strong Excel/data modeling background and SaaS experience are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience leading complex client engagements or implementations.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, spreadsheets, and database concepts with Excel proficiency.
• Preferred experience with sales compensation platforms, SQL, and SaaS environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle implementations including requirements documentation, data modeling, configuration, and user acceptance testing.
• Serve as primary client contact and own project timelines across concurrent engagements.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Sales to improve delivery standards.
